Cybermesh International Corp. is a development-stage company. Effective August 23, 2008, the Company completed an acquisition of Cybermesh Systems Inc. (CMS Belize). The Company did not generate any revenues during the fiscal year ended May 31, 2009 (fiscal 2009). The Company was engaged in the distribution of the health supplement Smokers Lozenge (the Lozenge) for smokers, ex-smokers and people who have been exposed to second hand smoke.
