| The Group's principal activities are carried out through three segments: Flow Control, Motion Control and Metal Treatment. Flow Control designs, manufactures and distributes a broad range of highly engineered flow control products for military and commercial applications including, engineered valves, pumps, motors, generators, electronics, related products for the commercial nuclear power industry and oil and gas processing facilities. Motion Control designs, develops, manufactures and maintains high performance mechanical systems, drive systems and electronic controls and sensors for the aerospace, defense, and general industrial markets. Metal Treatment provides metal-treating services, with the principal services being shot peening, specialty coatings and heat treating. The Group operates in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and other countries. |
