| The Group's principal activities are to design, develop, manufacture, install and service electronic products. The Group operates in two segments: Defense Systems and Transportation Systems. The transportation systems segment designs, produces, installs and services electronic revenue collection systems for mass transit projects, including railways and buses. The defense segment performs work under U.S. and foreign government contracts relating to electronic defense systems and equipment, computer simulation training, development of training doctrine and field operations and maintenance. Products include customized range instrumentation and training systems, simulators, communications and surveillance systems, avionics systems, power amplifiers and receivers. |
