The Group's principal activities are to own, operate and manage wireless communications sites and broadcast transmission networks. It operates in two segments: CCUSA and CCAL. CCUSA includes antenna space towers predominately to wireless carriers under long-term contracts in U.S. and CCAL includes of antenna space tower operations in Australia. It operates in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Its customers are Sprint Nextel, AT&T, Verizon Wireless and T-Mobile.
