Crocotta Energy Inc. (Crocotta) is a Canada-based oil and natural gas company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development, exploration, and production of oil and natural gas reserves in Western Canada. As of December 31, 2008, Crocotta’s oil and gas assets produced approximately 2,040 barrels of oil equivalent per day of oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids. Crocotta owns approximately 219,400 gross (168,000 net) acres of undeveloped land.
