The Group's principal activities are to explore, develop and produce natural gas and light oil reserves in the provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewan. During the year ended 31-Dec- 2008, the production was 37,397 barrel of oil equivalent per day (boe/d). On 15-Jan- 2009, the Group acquired Villanova Energy Corporation.
