| The Group's principal activity is manufacturing engineered industrial products. Segments include: Aerospace and Electronics: Manufacturing products for the aerospace industry such as pressure, fuel flow and proximity sensors, aircraft electrical power components, brake control and fluid solutions systems, passenger seat solutions and actuation systems and wide range electronic products for various industries; Engineered Materials: Manufacturing fiberglass reinforced plastic panels; Merchandising System: Manufacturing food, snack and beverage vending machines, coin changers and validators; Fluid Handling: Manufacturing industrial valves, actuators and water treatment systems and provides valve testing, parts and service; Controls: Manufacturing air suspension control valves, pressure temperature and level sensors. The Group acquired Mobile Rugged Business of Kontron America, Inc and Owens Corning on August 2007 and September 2007, respectively. |
