The Group's principal activities are researching and developing, manufacturing and selling rechargeable batteries and battery related accessories. Operations are carried out through three divisions, namely sealed lead acid batteries and related accessories, lithium-ion batteries and nickel batteries. Other activities include providing management services, manufacturing pharmaceutical products and investment holding. Operations are carried out in Hong Kong, Russia the People's Republic of China and British Virgin Islands.
