The Group's principal activities are developing, manufacturing and marketing of machines and equipment used for working on glass, metal and other materials. The Group's operations are carried out through eight divisions. The Sheet Metal Processing System division includes laser cutting, bending and water jet cutting machines. The Glass Processing Systems include machines and equipment used for working on glass. The Foam Materials division manufactures and processes special foams made of polyurethane. The Sporting Goods division supplies outdoor and sporting products. The Real Estate division's activities include area development and the utilization of land assets. The Industrial Service division develops and builds high-precision & automated handling systems, also includes coating materials like architectural paints and varnishes, plasters as well as products for insulation systems. In 2006, the Group acquired Excel Precision (Malaysia) & Excel Automation Co Ltd.
