| The Group's principal activity is to provide commercial printing services. The services include developing printable material through electronic prepress services, reproducing images on paper using printing presses and providing comprehensive finishing and delivery services. The traditional printing services include finishing, storage and delivery of high-quality, custom-designed products. The traditional printing products include multicolor product and capability brochures, shareholder communications, catalogs, training manuals, point-of-purchase marketing materials, trading cards and direct mail pieces. Currently it operates 68 printing facilities in 27 States.On 10-Feb-2006, it acquired Nies/Artcraft Companies. On 04-Jan-2007, the Group acquired Annan & Bird Lithographers. |
