| The Group's principal activities are to design, develop, manufacture and sells easy-to-use image capture products and related accessories. The products of the Group include single-use, digital and 35mm traditional film cameras. The digital cameras use an electronic sensor to electronically capture an image, which is then stored in a memory device. Single use cameras are sold preloaded with film and battery and are designed to be used only once by the consumer. 35mm traditional film cameras consist of all other non-single use cameras that use silver halide film. The cameras are sold under the trademarks of CONCORD, CONCORD EYE Q, GO WIRELESS, FUN SHOOTER, EASYSHOT, LE CLIC, KEYSTONE, APEX and GOLDLINE. It sell its private label and brand-name products to its retail sales and distribution customers through directly or third-party distributors. The Group operates in the United States, Europe and Asia. |
