The Group's principal activities are to provide transportation, logistics and supply-chain management services for a wide range of manufacturing, industrial and retail customers. The Group operates in three segments: Con-way Freight and Transportation, Menlo Worldwide, and Con-way Other. The Con-way Freight and Transportation segment provides regional less-than-truckload (LTL) freight services. The Menlo Worldwide segment provides integrated contract logistics solutions. Con-way Other consists of certain corporate activities. The Group operates throughout the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico. In June 2006, the Group discontinued the operations of Con-way Forwarding.
