The Group's principal activity is to design, develop, produce and market innovative products, systems and services for advanced communications solutions. It operates in three Segments: Telecommunications Transmission, Mobile Data Communications Services and RF Microwave Amplifiers. Telecommunications Transmission segment provides sophisticated equipment and systems that are used to enhance satellite transmission efficiency. Mobile Data Communications segment provides satellite-based mobile tracking and messaging services and mobile satellite transceivers. RF Microwave Amplifier segment manufactures and markets solid-state high power, broadband amplifiers in the microwave and RF spectrums. The products include modems, frequency up converters and down converters, Mobile satellite transceivers, power amplifiers and RF microwave amplifiers. On 01-Aug-2008, the Group acquired Radyne Corporation.
