| The Group's principal activities are to market credit cards and fee-based products and services including memberships, card registration, insurance products and subscription services and debt waiver. It operates in five segments. Credit cards: consists of lending and servicing activities with respect to receivables underlying accounts. Investments: consists of operations of debt collections of subsidiary, acquire and sell previously charged-off credit card receivables. Retail Micro-Loans: consists of a network of storefront locations that, depending on the location. Auto Finance: consists of nationwide network of pre-qualified dealers in buying and selling of used car business .Other segment consist of stored-value (or debit) card operations and their associated fee income and servicing expenses and other start-up product offerings. In 2007 the group acquired JRAS, San Diego and MEM. |
