| The Group's principal activities are extracting manganese ore and producing and selling ferroalloys used mainly in the production of steel. It has operating units located in Tamos in the State of Veracruz, Molango and Nonoalco in the State of Hidalgo, Teziutlan in the State of Puebla and Gomez Palacio in the State of Durango. Products include manganese nodules and carbonates, low, medium and high carbon ferromanganese, nitrided medium carbon ferromanganese, silicomanganese, battery and ceramic grade natural manganese dioxide and manganese oxide. The Group exports to Germany, Argentina, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Ecuador, Egypt, Spain, United Arab Emirates, the Philippines, France, Guatemala, the Netherlands, Hungary, Indonesia, Italy, Kenya, Malaysia, Peru, Poland, Puerto Rico, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, Russia, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Venezuela. |
