Compania Minera Milpo SAA is a Peru-based company engaged in the exploration and exploitation of mines, as well as in the production and sale of zinc, copper and lead concentrates. Its activities include the operation of mining units established in Cerro de Pasco and the Ica Region. It is also involved in the mining projects, such as Proyecto Hilarion, a poly-metallic extraction project established in the Ancash Region; Proyecto Pukaqaqa, which focuses on the exploration and exploitation of copper in the Huancavelica Region; Proyecto Magistral which is related to the exploration and exploitation of copper in the Conchucos District, Ancasch Region; and Project in Chapu mining unit, which concentrates on the exploration of copper sulfides. The Company owns such subsidiaries as Minera Pampa de Cobre SA, Minera El Muki SA, Rayrock Antofagasta, and Milpo Andina Peru SAC, among others. On May 2014, the Company merged with its wholly owned subsidiary, Minera El Muki SA.
