It operates through chain of hypermarkets, supermarkets and specialized department stores named as Pao de Acucar, CompreBem, Extra, Extra Eletro, Extra Perto, Extra Facil, Sendas and Assai. On 31/12/2008 the Group has 597 stores in Brazil.
