The Group's principal activity is to provide equity services to investors. The Group operates under three segments: Sale of Goods, Services and Others. The Group buys, sells, acquires, assigns and manages securities, shares, bonds, interests and other financial and non-financial assets. The Group operates through PARGESA/GBL GROUP, which holds large or controlling interests in major international companies. The Group investments consist of share holdings in medium sized enterprises in sectors including agribusiness, wine, energy, publishing and media, selective distribution and luxury goods. The Group operates mainly in Europe and North America.
