| The Group's principal activity is manufacturing printed products for direct marketing, forms, stationery and critical transactional products such as statements and cheques and the provision of print sourcing services. It operates in four business segments namely Direct mail and Business froms, Print Sourcing, Transactional and Technology & services. Print and Direct Mail provides mailings for promotional material, legal and governmental, product launch, membership statement, e-mailing, integrated and high security. Print Management provides sourcing, procuring, producing, storing and distributing key print requirements. Transactional Print produces, invoices, statements, bills, payrolls, statutory notifications, account reminders, letters, purchase orders, marketing and support literature, cheque payments, data mailings, chequebooks, credit books, cheque mailers, encoded vouchers and clearing documents. On 22-Dec-2008, the Group acquired Absolute Intuistic Ltd. |
