The Group operates in three segments. The Consumer segment includes retail branch network, consumer finance, bankcard, student loans and discount brokerage services. The Commercial segment includes corporate lending, leasing, and international services as well as business, government deposit and cash management services. The Money Management segment provides traditional trust and estate tax planning services, advisory and discretionary investment portfolio management services. This segment also manages the Company's proprietary mutual funds, which are available for sale to both trust and retail customer. It provides services through a network of 210 full-service branches and 392 ATM machines. The Group acquired South Tulsa Financial Corporation & Commerce bank in 2007. |
