The Group's principal activity is to own and manage commercial properties. The Group's properties are divided into three sectors such as office buildings, retail properties and industrial and mixed-use properties. The properties are situated in the Province of Quebec. As at 31-Dec-2008 the Group owns 214 properties consisting of 37 office, 38 retail and 139 industrial and mixed-use buildings.
