The Group's principal activity is selling, collecting or otherwise monetising in an orderly manner the remaining assets of the Group. Effective 12-Aug-2002, the Group reorganized by emerging from bankruptcy. Prior to bankruptcy proceedings, the Group had the following operations: The US Leasing and European IT Leasing segment which sold, leased and remarked technology equipment made by manufacturers. After emerging from bankruptcy, the Group has not engaged in any new leasing or financing activities. The Group operates in North America and Europe.
