The Group's principal activity is to offer a variety of entertainment, information and communications services. It operates into two segments: Cable and Programming. Cable segment includes video, high-speed Internet and phone services and market these services individually and in packages. Video services include Basic and expanded programming, Premium channel programming, Pay-per-view programming and Digital cable. High-speed Internet service helps subscribers to connect their personal computers via cable modems to access online information. It also provides regional sports and news networks. Programming segment operates consolidated national programming networks, including E!, Golf Channel, VERSUS, G4 and Style. In 2008 it acquired Cable Systems.
