| The Group's principal activities are to design, source, market and distribute active outdoor apparel including outwear, sportswear, footwear, related accessories and equipments. The Group merchandises the products into four principal categories namely outerwear, sportswear, rugged footwear and related accessories. The outwear products include clothing accessories for outdoor activities, including skiing, snowboarding, hiking, hunting and fishing. The sportswear product line consisting primarily of hiking shorts, water sport trunks, fleece and pile products, sweaters, knit shirts, woven shirts, sweats, and jeans. The accessories include hats, caps, scarves, gloves, mittens and headbands. The Group operates in North America, Europe and Asia. |
