Collins Stewart Wealth Management is a portfolio manager and stockbroker. Hawkpoint is an independent corporate finance advisory firm, which advises corporates, financial institutions, private equity houses, governments and quasi-governmental bodies. Its advisory services focus on Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Restructuring and Debt Advisory, and strategic advice. On March 13, 2008, the Company acquired International Securities Trading Corporation plc (ISTC).
