The Group's principal activity is to manufacture and market electrical and electronic wire and cable products for consumer, commercial and industrial applications. It operates in two segments: Distributions and OEM. Distribution segment serves customers in distribution businesses, who are resellers of the Group's products. OEM segment serves OEM customers, who generally purchase more tailored products which are used as inputs into subassemblies of manufactured finished goods. The Group produces products across four primary product lines: industrial wire and cable, electronic wire, assembled wire and cable products, and fabricated bare wire.The Group operates in the United States and Canada.
