The Group is an investment advisor under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, specializing in the management of income-oriented equity securities portfolios. Its clients include Company-sponsored open-end and closed-end mutual funds and domestic corporate and public pension plans, foreign pension plans, endowment funds and individuals. The Group also serves as portfolio consultant for non-proprietary unit investment trusts. |
