The Group's principal activity is providing security solutions for the automotive market. It operates in two business sectors: Electronic Systems (ES), which include antitheft components and devices and parking aid systems, and Location Based Services (LBS), offering stolen vehicle recovery (SVR) services, fleet management and services addressed to insurance companies to support personalized rating systems. The Group operates principally on the European and Asian national markets through its subsidiaries. Its principal clients are vehicle manufactures, independent installers, resellers and auto centre chains.
