| The Group's principal activities are exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas. It provides oil and gas reserves through exploration activities, leasing the acreage, drilling exploratory wells to determine if recoverable oil and gas reserves exist, drilling developmental wells, and producing and selling any resulting oil and gas production. It markets its oil and natural gas to various customers and serves as operator in the drilling, completion and operation of oil and gas wells. The Group conducts all of its drilling, exploration and production activities in the United States and all of its revenues are derived from sales to customers within the United States. |
