The Group's principal activities are the production and distribution of cement, aggregates and ready-mixed concrete. The products are used by the construction industry and public works. The Group produces cement by using vineyard which is obtained through the process of mixing crushed limestone with loam. The Group has 155 subsidiaries and is present in 18 countries worldwide. The Group operates in Europe, North America, Asia and South Mediteranian countries. In 2008, it acquired Crider & Shockey and Kuwait German Ready Mix.
