The Group's principal activity is to provide solar energy products and solutions in China focusing on amorphous silicon (a-Si ) thin-film technology. It manufactures SnO2 solar base plates, which are a type of transparent conductive oxide, or TCO, glass. TCO glass is a key component of thin-film solar cells. The Group sells its SnO2 TCO base plates through its direct sales personnel and its target customers are primarily producers of a-Si thin film modules in China. On 21-Apr-2008, the Group disposed Green Energy Industry Ltd, including its subsidiaries Fullwing Ltd and Margot Ltd and discontinued its IT Operations and Nutraceutical Operations.
