The Group's principal activities are investing, developing, operating and managing power plants. The group operates through two divisions, namely sales of electricity and coal mining. Sales of electricity includes supplying heat that is generated by thermal power plant. Other activity includes investment holding. Operations are carried out Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China.
