The Group's principal activity is providing mobile telecommunications and related services. Value added services are mainly derived from voice-added services, short message services ("SMS") and non-SMS data services. It also provides mobile data solutions, system integration and development; technology platform development and maintenance; network planning and optimizing construction-testing and supervising, technology support, development and training of Nokia GSM 900/1800 Mobile Communication System and provides roaming clearance services. Other activity includes investment holding. Operations are carried out in the Hong Kong, People's Republic of China, the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands.
