| China Man-Made Fiber Corporation is principally engaged in the manufacture of chemical products and chemical fiber products. The chemical products offered by the Company include mono ethylene glycol (MEG), diethylene glycol (DEG), tri ethylene glycol (TEG), ethylene oxide (EO) and nonyl phenol (NP), which are applied for antifreeze agents, refrigerants, ice and snow removers, explosives, brake oils, solvent naphtha, deicers, regulators, air finishing and moistening agents, promoting agents, antioxidants, stabilizers and lubricants. The Company also produces chemical fiber products, including polyester chips and polyester filaments, which are used for weaving cloth, bags, industrial cloth and shoes materials. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company obtained approximately 67% and 32% of its total revenue from its chemical products and chemical fiber products, respectively. |
