The Group's principal activity is providing services across the wine industry value chain including the production, distribution, marketing and sale of wine. Its activities are divided into two segments: wine sales and wine industry services. The wine sales segment is the marketing, sale and distribution of wine under proprietary branded and provision of buyers own label product and support services. The wine industry services relates to vineyards via a leading viticulture management business based in Clare, South Australia, managing approximately 1,200 hectares of vineyards, including the 923 hectares owned by Cheviot Kirribilly Vineyard Property Group (CKP). The Group operates predominantly in Australia.
