The Group's principal activity is to provide marketing and licensing of brand names and trademarks for apparel, footwear and accessories. It grants licenses to retailers and wholesalers on certain categories of merchandise. The licensees are responsible for designing and manufacturing the merchandise. It's trademarks are Spell C, Cherokee(R), Sideout(R), Sideout Sport(R), Carole Little(R), CLII(R), Saint Tropez-West(R), Chorus Line(R), All that Jazz(R) and Molly Malloy(R). On 03-Feb-2007, it had 16 continuing license agreements covering both domestic and international markets.
