It operates through two segments: Vitas and Roto-Rooter. Vitas segment provides palliative medical care and related services to terminally ill patients through state-licensed and federally-certified hospice programs. Roto-Rooter segment provides plumbing and sewer, drain and pipe cleaning services to residential and commercial customers. It operates in United States.
