The Group's principal activities are to manufacture and market integrated system solutions for retail security, labeling and merchandising. The Group operates through three business segments: Shrink Management, Intelligent Labels and Retail Merchandising. Shrink Management Solutions segment products include electronic article surveillance (EAS) systems, closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and fire and intrusion alarm systems. Intelligent Labels segment products include bar-coding systems, service bureau and radio frequency identification systems. Retail Merchandising segment products include hand-held labeling systems and retail merchandising systems. The Group manufactures products in North and South America, Puerto Rico, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region.
