| The Group's principal activity is to supply standard and custom-built equipment and systems serving a wide variety of low-temperature and cryogenic applications. The Group operates in three segments: The Distribution and Storage segment manufactures cryogenic bulk storage systems and cryogenic packaged gas systems. The segment also provides installation, service and maintenance of storage tanks, liquid cylinders, cryogenic and trailers. The Biomedical segment sells medical products, biological storage systems and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) cryostat components. The Energy and Chemical segment products include cryogenic heat exchangers, Core-in-Kettles, and coldboxes, used by the major natural gas, petrochemical processing and industrial gas companies. The customers of the Group include gas producers, distributors and end-users across the industrial gas, hydrocarbon and chemical processing industries. |
