| The Group's principal activity is to produce and sell wool and wool based fabrics. The Group operates under four major segments, Wool, Fashion, Interlining and Protective films. Under Wool, the Group is involved in carding of raw wool which is combed into large sliver of wool which is sold to spinners. Under Fashion, the Group offers a range of men and women wear woolen garments. Under Interlining, the Group offers woven and non-woven interlining, used in the clothing industry. Under Protective Films, the Group offers self-adhesive films used in the building, household appliance, plastic and transportation industries for temporary protection of surfaces. The Group operates in Europe, Asia and the United States. It also operates in China and Hong Kong, Italy, Germany, France and the United States of America. On 21-Jan-2008, the Group acquired Etacol. |
