| The Group's principal activity is the supply of systems and components of high performance plastics. The Group's activities are carried out through three divisions: The Medical technology and engineering plastics segment, the Climate systems segment and the Gas flue systems segment. The Medical Technology and engineering plastics comprises the production and sale of semi-finished plastic products, prefabricated products and assemblies for small series. The Climate systems segment develops and produces ventilation systems for detached and semi-detached houses as well as for public buildings. The Gas flue systems segment develops, produces and markets plastics based systems for diverse applications. Solar Systems Specially designed roof ducts for intelligent climate control systems are a further area of development. Ned Air France S.A.S. and Bricon AG were acquired during the year 2007. |
