The Group's principal activity is to produce and market quality branded products for the pet and lawn and garden supplies markets. It operates in two segments: Garden Products and Pet Products. Garden products segment manufactures and distributes lawn and garden products like grass seed, bird feed, clay pottery, outdoor wooden planters and trellises, ant control and animal repellents. Pet products segment manufacture, deliver and sell pet supplies, books and food principally to independent pet distributors and retailers, national specialty pet stores, mass merchants and bookstores.
