The business of Home Building consists of constructing and selling detached and attached single-family homes. Within its homebuilding operations, it operates in four segments: East, Central, West and Other homebuilding. Financial Services operations include mortgage lending and other related services for purchasers of homes sold by our homebuilding operations and title insurance and settlement services. Its Other segment includes corporate general and administrative expense and interest expense. It operates under the brand names Fox & Jacobs in the United States.
