The Company's principal activity is the maufacture of printed circuit board (PCB) surface processing chemicals and PCB copper plating. Major products are De-smear agent, Plated Through Hole (PTH) Chemicals for copper plating; Oxide Chemical for inner layers of multi-layers; Micro Etchant Chemical, a pre-processor chemical for PCB processes; Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) Shield Chemicals, and Macro Etchant Chemical for both acid and alkaline copper etchings, Brightener agent and other ORCHEM chemicals. It also develops and offers PTH plating solutions and services such as panel plating and pattern plating.
