The Company's principal activity is the operations of drug store chains. At- 15-Mar-2001, the company operated 94 stores, located throughout the Kanto region. Operations are carried out through the following division: foods (processed foods, snacks and beverage) accounted 43% of fiscal 2001 revenues: sundry goods (toilet rolls, pet foods, diapers, powder milks), 36%; pharmaceuticals, 15% and cosmetics, 6%.
