| The Group's principal activities are producing and distributing pulp, paper, cardboard boxes and packaging materials. The group has 3 divisions namely: pulp, paper and board division, packaging division and resources division. The pulp, paper and board division includes mill operations in Colombia and the production of a variety of papers including containerboard, sack paper, printing and writing paper, and boxboard. The packaging division manages the operation of corrugated boxes and paper bags and provides packaging solutions to various types of markets including flower, construction, textile and cosmetics industries. The resources division has the objective of managing resources through forest plantations and recycling activities. It has 43 thousand hectares of land for cultivation, planting mainly pine trees and eucalyptus, protects 20 thousand hectares of natural forests and has 4 recycling plants. |
