| The Group's principal activity is to produce and distribute programs for television. The Group's activities are classified into three major divisions: Production, Distribution and Marketing. Under Production, the Group produces dramas, entertainment shows and animation series to be telecast on television. Under Distribution, the Group distributes its own catalogue as well as that of some other distributors outside the Group. The Group distributes audio-visual rights. Under Marketing, the Group runs an advertising and communication advice agency Dassas through which it designs advertising campaigns for products such as Lesieur olive oil, Ebly wheat, new Mars products, Azzaro and Mugler perfumes, Clarins cosmetics and Algoflash fertilizers. The Group operates mainly in France. In 2006, the Group created a new television channel on Canal 51 of Canalsat which is dedicated to house and garden. |
