The Group's principal activity is to provide private, for-profit and post secondary education. It operates in six segments: University includes American InterContinental University, Colorado Technical University and Briarcliffe College schools. Culinary Arts includes Le Cordon Bleu and Kitchen Academy schools. Health Education primarily includes Sanford-Brown schools. Art & Design includes Brooks Institute, Brown College, Collins College, Harrington College of Design and International Academy of Design & Technology schools. International includes INSEEC Group schools and Istituto Marangoni schools. Transitional Schools includes those schools which are currently being taught out. The Group operates in the United States, France, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates.
