The Group's principal activity is to provide ATM management and equipment-related services large, nationally-known retail merchants as well as smaller retailers and operators of facilities such as shopping malls and airports. It also operates the Allpoint network, the largest surcharge-free ATM network within the United States based on the number of participating ATMs. As of 31-Dec-2008 Group operates over 32,950 automated teller machines in all 50 states, approximately 10,100 ATMs located throughout the United States, the United Kingdom and Mexico.
