The Group's residential segment has properties in Singapore, Australia, China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand and India. The commercial and integrated development segment leases and manages commercial spaces in Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Bahrain and the United Kingdom. The retail property business owns and manages a portfolio of more than 92 malls in Singapore, China, India, Japan and Malaysia. In 2006, the Group also developed its integrated leisure, entertainment and conventions segment ,that will be constructing integrated resorts. The Group's financial services segment is involved in real estate fund management and financial advisory services. The Group is headquartered in Singapore. |
